One Shoe Too Many...NOT! (and some random updates)

Is there such a thing as too many shoes for girls?

Oh my God... This is so rhetorical... Obviously no!

I have been eye-ing on Michael Kors shoes because his design has the boho/chillaxed vibe to it. It totally suits me! Plus, people have been saying how comfortable his shoes are. I am so going to save money so that I can splurge on Michael Kors shoes!

What do you think about this one? I love the tan color, the boho vibe, the stripes, and the lux feeling that you get from it. I can picture a girl wearing dark skinny jeans, black loose tank, aviators, some boho bag, and these shoes! And don't forget some bangles! Hermes bangles would be nice ( check this post ).

And for those of you who are asking why I am blogging because last time I posted a post, I said that I was heavily studying for an exam. Well, the storm has ended! :D I don't know how I did but hopefully I did well. I will tell my result once I know.

I just had banana+orange smoothie that I finished in 60seconds. Now I am extremely full and sleepy. LOL. So much for yoga. But tomorrow I am either going to work out or do eyebrow threading. My eyebrows look werewolfy! :( But I also need yoga so badly because I just did body pump class yesterday and my body is aching! Oh well, no pain no gain right? My weight has gone down a bit to 66.5-67 :) I am happy about the improvement. The tortoise wins the race, remember? ;)

I have something exciting to tell coming up! I am going to let you guys know about it soon! :))

Just a Quick Update For the Weekend ! :)

I found this picture at http://healthyisclassy.tumblr.com and I think this is very useful for girls who have hectic schedule like me ( hello, medical school? ) and are starting to lose weight but still don't know how to cook. I hope this can be useful for all of you because I find this very useful.

Okay, Now I'm off to a salon appointment that mom booked for me. I'm gonna get a trim since I won't get any haircut for the next 4 months. And I wanna lengthen my hair because S likes it long ;)

And, remember girls, looking good is the best revenge! :DD

HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND!

See you dolls later! <3

Freshman Fifteen? :(

I bet you guys have heard a lot about freshman fifteen and sadly I am on my way there :(. I've gained 8 pounds and I want to stop it and go back to my old self.

I was browsing through some blogs and I came across to http://mealsandmovesblog.com/ which is having an event called Dedicated December. Basically what you do is you stick to your healthy eating regime and work out regime despite December being a holiday month to see your old or better self! :)

I used to weigh around 64-65 kgs ( my happy weight ) and now I weigh 67-68. I would love to go down to 60 but now I just wanna go down to 65 first.

I would love to be a better version of myself. I mean, I am not fat and I have to admit that I am kinda flabby because during the past 2 months I have not been working out and staying in the library all the time makes my thighs no good even though it did its job in terms of scores.

So, for this Dedicated December, I want to:
1. start each day with a glass of warm water. It can flush out all the toxins and make you healthier and your skin glow
2. work out at least 3 times a week in the gym and besides that is swimming or yoga to make sure that I stay active.
3. Reduce sugar intake because it is creating havoc on my body and on my skin ( pimples! )
4. stay committed even though the scale might not show any progress because the main idea is to get healthier! :)
5. eat more salads!

There are a lot more that you can do but it's better to start from something small isn't it? :)

and since me and S are going to embark on it together, i hope it is going to be easier LOL.
