i was in the middle of workout rut so i had not been working out. but this morning i decided that enough is enough! i was looking for some workout videos that do not scream TESTOSTERONE ( if you guys know what i mean ) yet still deliver the needed kick to my butt. AND I CAME ACROSS THIS VIDEO!
through out the video, the movements keep on changing ( so it was not boring ) and it makes sure that both your upper and lower limbs move vigorously. And towards the end, they have this lateral hops movements and my outer thighs are already feeling it.
really suggesting this video to those who wanna change up their workout routine.
