so one of my new year resolutions is to be healthy, like lose one kg/month until i reach my desired weight.
i have been doing muay thai 3x/week, jogging for 30 minutes 3-4x/week, and doing this too!
i can feel that my jeans are getting looser and my non-existent butts are actually there now!
but..... the number on the scale just will not go down! instead they are creeping up :(
i was 66.5kg before this and this morning it was 68kg when i weighed myself.
